MSA’s ALTAIR io360 is the future in area monitoring technology. This new monitor provides 4 gas detection in high risk areas such as perimeters, confined spaces and general area monitoring. Focus on safety more than maintenance with the extremely long battery life in the ALTAIR io360.

Future of Area Monitoring

The ALTAIR io360 is the most advanced area monitor available on the market. With an expected runtime of 50-60 days when monitoring 4 gases and an expected 80-85 days when monitoring 1-3 gases. MSA uses disposable batteries for this, providing a lower cost of ownership. Additionally, costly downtime is minimised, thanks to the Monitor notifying you remotely or locally that batteries need replaced.

Rugged and Reliable

Providing IP68 robustness and using MSA’s high quality XCell sensors, you can expect a high level of performance from the ALTAIR io360. It has been tested for working in the toughest of environments and is submergible to 6.6 ft (2 m) for up to 60 minutes. Also, the io360 has been drop tested at 10 ft (3 m) further showing its reliability.

Simple Setup and Usability

This product has been developed to ensure setup is simple for any user, making setup as easy as setting up a smart home device. Thanks to the MSA HUB users can connect to 32 ALTAIR io360 Gas Detectors in order to share alarms, extend ranges and form mesh networks.

Better Sensors and Better Performance

MSA’s XCell Sensors are used for the ALTAIR io360, providing accuracy and stability. Combustible and toxic sensors have an expected lifetime of 4 years and they also provide an end-of-life warning, again assisting with minimising downtime.
