CANCELLING AN ORDER AND RETURNING GOODS

If you wish to cancel an order or return unwanted goods, please follow the procedures outlined below to assist us in processing your cancellations and returns as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Before Dispatch:

To cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please get in touch with us at +44 (0)1224 953135 or email us at safety@amsglobalgroup.com. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for canceling the order.

After Dispatch:

You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods within the first 14 days from delivery, provided the items are faulty or have not been used. Please notify us of your cancellation in writing via email to safety@amsglobalgroup.com.

Upon receiving the returned items in satisfactory condition, we will arrange a full credit using the same method originally used to pay for the goods. Any credit due will be processed within a maximum of 45 days.

Note: Authorization for the return of the company’s goods for credit is at the sole discretion of AMS Global Group. A restocking fee of 20% of the order will be charged for goods returned to AMS Global Group for credit.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If, upon receiving your goods, you discover them to be faulty, damaged, or if you have been incorrectly supplied with an item, please notify us within 24 hours by contacting +44(0)1224 953135 or emailing safety@amsglobalrgroup.com. Be sure to provide your order number and contact details.

AMS Global Group will arrange the collection of any damaged or incorrectly received goods. If, upon inspection, we find that the goods are indeed damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer replacement goods or provide a full refund.

We strongly recommend inspecting all goods before signing for and accepting delivery. In cases where there is visible damage to the outer packaging, make sure to sign for the goods as “damaged.” If it’s not possible to sign for goods as damaged, they should be signed for as “unexamined.”

Note: If your goods happen to develop a fault outside the standard returns period but within the supplied warranty period, or if you require additional assistance, please contact us at +44(0)1224 953135 or email safety@amsglobalgroup.com.

Important Information

The customer is responsible for all postage, handling, customs, and duty charges for returned goods. We recommend using a fully traceable and insured service since the goods are your responsibility while in transit.
